The OFFENSIVE team has 8 seconds to get the ball over the half way line.
The BALL must touch something in the defensive half within the 8 seconds. This can be the floor or a player.
A BALL crossing the half way line but not touching something in the defensive half within the 8 seconds (i.e. still in the air) does not count.
