I started playing Wheelchair Basketball in 2006.
My favourite drill is “Killer” this drill consists of two balls and two player aiming for the basket at any one time. The aim of the game is to score the basket before the next person in the queue does. If the person behind you manages to score before you do then you are out of the game.
A bit about me: I have left-sided hemiplegic cerebral palsy and Hydrocephalus.
